Ingredients

¼ lb. Surata Soft Tofu.
1 TBS. oil.
1 TBS apple cider vinegar.
½ TBS honey.
¼ tsp salt.
4 medium size avocados.
1 TBS. lemon juice.
¾ cup medium salsa.

Preparation

Combine the tofu, oil, vinegar, honey, and salt in a food processor and blend till smooth. Add the avocados, lemon juice, and salsa, and blend until rich and smooth.
