Grate 1 package of Surata Italiano Tempeh into a bowl.
Add
1/4 cup tamari or soy sauce.
1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese.
1/2 tsp sea salt.
1/4 tsp. black pepper.
2 TBS dried parsley.
(Optional: one raw egg)
Mix well. Form into small balls and bake at 350’ on an oiled baking sheet for twenty minutes.
